Consider the frequency with which you will be using your stuff. Are you a kind of person who likes keeping things open or hiding things? Others have open shelves thus one can easily get what they require. Some of them have drawers or cabinets to store everything. Durability is a must. Containers used in offices are prone to a great deal of wear and tear papers, pens, gadgets and last but not the least coffee spills. You will desire a box which is able to endure the daily usage without collapsing within a few months.

Lastly, consider style. Even though the primary purpose of your office container is to be functional, it does not mean that it cannot be attractive as well. You can either have the minimalist or something a bit more appealing to the eyes; find a container that fits in the overall feel of your office.
