Imagine going to a college lecture, filled capacity with students abuzz chit-chatting, with a countdown timer ticking away Welcome to the College Knowledge Challenge. My friend Steve took this on with a glee like a kid in a candy store. For some reason, he thought he’d have this. I mean, Steve was the popular student in his old high school – head of the debate team and what we could refer to as the human library (if such exists). But then, higher institution throws at him this curve. Which textbooks do I need? Which ones can I do without? It came out later that he bought all of them!

Bringing Steve on-board actually proves this mystery. What’s the riddle you ask? It’s truly less about dredging up facts and more about enabling in the whole college experience. Big picture says that in the tapestry of education, knowledge is the thread that binds the woven size. But in college? Different world from high school. Where book smarts and street smarts need to talk more.

What do you do then if you are the wanderer in the dark college maze? Wise up by talking. Seriously! Get cozy with a senior who’s seen things. Hear them out on what not to do’s and guide you along the yes. Listen; their stories, the failures, the successes are… well gold And couple it with your knowledge; you’re in for a win.
